♥ Can I customize the wording and color combinations on your cards?
YES! We are happy to change, add or eliminate any details on our cards so that your invites and save the dates turn out exactly how you’ve imagined them!
♥ What if I receive my order and there is a spelling error or typo?
Since each client receives a proof prior to starting the printing process we don’t have this problem pop up that often. However, we know human nature (or blond hair in some of our cases) can get in the way periodically. If the error is on us we will rectify it without any additional cost to our client within 7 business days. If the error was present in the final proof
♥ Do you offer bulk pricing?
We pride ourselves on offering pretty, luxe, stylish products at an affordable price. While we do offer bulk pricing on some of our products, most of our items are already competitively priced (Hey! We don’t want to discriminate against smaller gatherings now do we? A party is a party!) If bulk pricing is available it can be found under that specific item’s details.
♥ Do you offer wholesale pricing?
At this time we don’t offer wholesale pricing on any of our items. However, who’s to say we aren’t moving in that direction!?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days for party supplies and 3-4 weeks for custom orders. Please note that the 3-4 week time line starts on the date your final proof is approved, not the date the order is placed.
All party supply orders are shipped USPS First Class while most custom orders are sent USPS Priority (depending on order size). First Class mail is typically delivered within 7 business days of the shipment date while Priority usually arrives 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that we are shipping from the Midwest and in the winter months shipping times may vary (we get lots of snow here people)!
At this time we do not offer International shipping. However, we are happy to look into pricing on a case-by-case basis for custom orders.
♥ REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be nothing short of tickled pink with your purchase. If for some reason your order falls short of your expectations just let us know and we will make it right! Simply return your items to us within 60 days and in their original condition and we will issue you a bright, shiny refund. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom orders unless there is an error on our part.
